Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Applicant Security to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities that detect, deter, and respond to threats across the enterprise.

You will partner with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, legal, HR, and vendors to define outcomes, align priorities, and deliver scalable solutions while balancing risk reduction with candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, fraud, cybersecurity, risk, or regulated workflows.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product discovery/delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences across platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, data streams, and integrations with third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy, build roadmaps, and own execution for Applicant Security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful features.
