Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar role.
• Strong ERP integration experience; SAP integration preferred.
• Experience with modern integration platforms / iPaaS (e.g., Boomi).
• Proven ability to translate complex integration needs into requirements and user stories.
• Experience with APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integrations product vision and roadmap aligned with company and customer goals.
• Identify and prioritize new integration opportunities based on customer needs, partner strategy, and business impact.
• Evaluate third-party platforms, APIs, and technologies to expand ecosystem capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with developers, architects, and QA for feasibility, security, and performance.
• Translate integration concepts into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, support, professional services, sales, and customer success.
• Ensure integrations are observable, supportable, and resilient; manage lifecycle and doc.
• Ensure strong security and data governance across integrations.
