Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Sr. Product Manager in Analytics and Data Governance to lead governance and reliability for our ecommerce analytics ecosystem.

You will work with Engineering, QA, Privacy, and Marketing to ensure trusted measurement and scalable implementations. You will manage data layer requirements, tagging strategies, and governance updates while partnering across teams to drive clear outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in Digital Analytics, Analytics Operations, Data Governance, ecommerce Product Management, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including administration and governance.
• Experience with tag management systems such as Adobe Tags, Tealium, Google Tag Manager.
• Experience supporting analytics implementations, including data layer requirements and measurement plans.
• Experience with ecommerce data layers, event-based measurement, and taxonomy design.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and cross‑partner coordination.
• Experience documenting requirements, runbooks, and operational guidance for technical audiences.
• Ability to coordinate work across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience working in Jira or similar work management tool.
• Clear communication of analytics issues, risks, and actions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing health, governance, and reliability of the ecommerce analytics ecosystem.
• Manage analytics intake, triage, backlog hygiene, and change management.
• Administer analytics platform configurations, classifications, and processing rules.
• Document analytics requirements and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Privacy, Security, Marketing, and Product teams on scalable analytics implementations.
• Monitor data collection health and identify data quality issues.
• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate resolution with partners.
• Support validation, documentation, and stakeholder enablement for data confidence.
• Maintain runbooks, standards, and operational materials for analytics administration.
• Communicate status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.
