Job summary

Adonis, based in New York, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own AI Agent workflows within a healthcare RCM automation platform. You will translate complex revenue cycle processes into reliable automation, driving workflows from discovery to launch and iteration.

You’ll define standards, partner with engineering on APIs and platform capabilities, and prioritize improvements based on customer impact and feasibility. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning workflows from discovery to launch.
• Deep healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge including claims and denials.
• Experience working with RCM operators to translate processes into product requirements.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable workflow automation.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data, and system integrations.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI definition and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication across engineers, executives, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end workflows with RCM experts, customers, and engineers.
• Create reusable workflow templates across EHRs and payer systems.
• Collaborate with engineering on orchestration patterns and data flows.
• Establish frameworks for cross-customer workflow standardization.
• Own workflow requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality gates.
