Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Product Manager, Applied AI Revenue Solutions to own AI-enabled workflow transformation within healthcare revenue cycle management. You will define strategy, drive a multi-quarter roadmap, and lead lifecycle execution across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation with measurable financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-driven solutions into production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM applications, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, APIs, workflow automation, and decision engines.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-driven workflow transformation within RCM.
• Own Product Lifecycle & Execution Discipline: Translate priorities into actionable roadmap milestones and backlog.
• Drive Discovery & Workflow Redesign: Identify redesign and automation opportunities in operational workflows.
• Deliver Agentic Workflow Automation: Define and deliver multi-step AI-enabled workflows with governance and human oversight.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Technical Teams: Partner with Engineering for scalable automation and system integration.
