The Senior Product Manager for AI Initiatives leads the vision and execution of AI-powered capabilities at Orange Logic. This hands-on role bridges advanced technology and user needs to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions. You’ll drive the long-term AI strategy, identify emerging opportunities, and lead the development of transformative features that redefine how customers interact with and extract value from our platform.

What you can expect in your role:

• Exploring and applying AI opportunities to enhance existing Orange Logic functionalities and streamline customer workflows across industries.
• Interpreting market signals and customer feedback into forward-looking AI-driven development priorities that improve product differentiation and adoption.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to develop scalable solutions and contribute meaningfully to the company’s broader API and platform strategy.
• Regularly engaging with stakeholders, including executives and enterprise customers, to ensure alignment, transparency, and advocacy for AI vision and outcomes.
• Continuously deepening technical and product knowledge, applying it to unlock new business value and drive innovation across key use cases.
• Evangelizing the product vision and roadmap at key customer, analyst, and industry events—positioning Orange Logic as a leader in intelligent DAM and content workflows.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally involving AI, automation, or data-driven features.
• Proven ability to translate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing product value.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable evaluating AI model performance and user impact.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives across stakeholders and timelines.
• Proficient in modern collaboration and planning tools (e.g., G-Suite, Jira, analytics platforms).
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effective time manager with a track record of delivering on deadlines in agile environments.
• Collaborative, user-focused, and passionate about applying AI to real-world challenges.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
