As the AI product manager at BioRender, you will lead a team to develop AI-powered figure generation features that help millions of scientists worldwide communicate their breakthroughs and discoveries more efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Within the first 90 days, become an expert on our users, their behaviors, and research workflows. Understanding our users and product offerings is critical to your success.
• Drive the development, communication, and execution of the vision for AI-backed figure generation and illustration capabilities.
• Own and be accountable for the product roadmap, success metrics, and operations related to AI figure generation features.
• Identify opportunities for other teams at BioRender to leverage your team's work and influence them to do so.
• Contribute to the processes that make BioRender an exceptional product management organization.

What You Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of direct ML and/or AI product management experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS startup. Proven experience building AI products that deliver real user value, with adaptability to rapidly changing tech landscapes.
• A mindset of rethinking how to utilize new AI technologies to help users complete tasks faster and better, experimenting with AI to improve workflows.
• Ability to translate your vision into reality, motivating your team with impact-driven goals and ensuring accountability.
• A collaborative yet challenging approach to team interactions, aiming for the best solutions.
• Expertise in combining qualitative user insights with quantitative data for effective product decisions.
• Clear and concise communication skills, preferring brief documentation over lengthy reports.
• A passion for our mission and products, with enjoyment in building software that delights scientists.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about science and scientists; a background in life sciences is a plus but not required.
