Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Translation Quality & Platform to own translation quality features and the tools linguists use to review and deliver work. You will work with enterprise customers to discuss quality, tradeoffs, and improvement opportunities, while aligning product strategy with AI-driven translation goals.

The role requires hands-on evaluation of model and prompt changes, test sets, error scoring, and translating quality signals into actionable routing and delivery

Qualifications

• Candidate has run AI or language products.
• Can read data and write clear specs.
• Comfortable talking with enterprise customers about quality and tradeoffs.
• Able to learn quickly and own area during transition.
• Experience with evaluation metrics for language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of translation production processes.

Responsibilities

• Own translation quality features and the tools linguists use to review and deliver work.
• Measure output quality, speed, cost, and reviewer effort; set targets.
• Explain results and limits to customers; manage tradeoffs.
• Evaluate model and prompt changes with test sets, error scoring, and sampled human review.
