Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Product Manager to own AI and agentic solutions, driving from early pilots to GA and expanding the product line beyond voice. You’ll sit at the intersection of real-time AI, compliance, and enterprise sales, shaping the roadmap for AI coworkers and related solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI/ML leadership, and sales to scale in regulated industries. You will translate regulatory needs into concrete product specs, manage backlogs, and define quality

Qualifications

  • Technical fluency and thoughtful judgment about AI architecture choices: able to reason about the tradeoffs across the stack and partner with engineering as a credible peer.
  • 4+ years in product management, including shipping a technical or platform product to enterprise customers.
  • Comfort with real-time systems, Agentic AI, AI/LLM products and crafting new solution is AI application ecosystem.
  • A track record of running design-partner or early-access programs and making evidence-based prioritization calls under ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, legal, and sales, and clear written communication for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience shipping or working closely on a production agentic systems, with informed opinions on planning loops, tool use, memory, retries, guardrails and harness design choices

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and outcomes for the AI coworkers as well as the solutions that underpin them like voice, video and image analysis.
  • Translate compliance and security requirements into concrete product specifications and guardrails.
  • Work with customers in regulated verticals, then convert their feedback into a prioritized backlog for AICWs and solutions.
  • Define and hold quality gates: latency SLOs, task completion, safety and escalation behavior, and security posture.
  • Partner closely with engineering and platform architecture on the build-versus-buy and vendor decisions across the voice stack, and with sales and legal on go-to-market and customer commitments.
  • Own the unit economics and pricing model and report progress against business KPIs to leadership.
  • Collaborate with research teams to craft new solutions to enable AI co-worker use cases.
  • Craft product strategy to inform leadership about the areas we should invest in vis-à-vis new AI co-workers and the solutions that underpin them.
  • Craft strategy to accelerate AICW builds using AI.

About the role

Future Secure AI is looking for a Product Manager to own AI and agentic solutions to build AI co-workers from early pilots through general availability and lead the product line as it expands beyond voice. You will sit at the intersection of real-time AI, agentic solutions, compliance, and enterprise sales, turning a security wedge into a product customers trust with their most sensitive interactions. Your goal is to own the roadmap for AI coworkers as well as the solutions that underpin them. You will operate as a peer of engineering and AI/ML leadership, with direct impact on whether AI Co-Workers reach scale in regulated industries.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and outcomes for the AI coworkers as well as the solutions that underpin them like voice, video and image analysis.
  • Translate compliance and security requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PIPEDA, GLBA, biometric and call-recording rules) into concrete product specifications and guardrails.
  • Work with customers in regulated verticals, then convert their feedback into a prioritized backlog for AICWs and solutions.
  • Define and hold quality gates: latency SLOs, task completion, safety and escalation behavior, and security posture.
  • Partner closely with engineering and platform architecture on the build-versus-buy and vendor decisions across the voice stack, and with sales and legal on go-to-market and customer commitments.
  • Own the unit economics and pricing model and report progress against business KPIs to leadership.
  • Collaborate with research teams to craft new solutions to enable AI co-worker use cases.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Technical fluency and thoughtful judgment about AI architecture choices: able to reason about the tradeoffs across the stack (orchestration, model selection, build versus buy, self-hosted versus managed) and partner with engineering as a credible peer rather than deferring on every technical call.
  • 4-plus years in product management, including shipping a technical or platform product to enterprise customers.
  • Comfort with real-time systems, Agentic AI, AI/LLM products and crafting new solution is AI application ecosystem.
  • A track record of running design-partner or early-access programs and making evidence-based prioritization calls under ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, legal, and sales, and clear written communication for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience shipping or working closely on a production agentic systems, with informed opinions on planning loops, tool use, memory, retries, guardrails and harness design choices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with voice AI specifically (STT, TTS, orchestration), recursive self-improvement, harness engineering
  • Experience building for regulated sectors like banking, healthcare, insurance etc.
