Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a senior product leader to own AI Security within Cisco AI Defense. You will shape a 12- to 18-month strategy and a longer-term vision, guiding cross-functional teams through development, launch, and adoption of enterprise AI security solutions.

You will partner with Engineering, Security Research, and Architecture to translate strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps, assess AI models and architectures, and drive differentiated platform capabilities for enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
Minimum 12+ years in product management; 8+ years with Master’s; 5+ years with PhD.
Experience owning enterprise SaaS products with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

Own AI Security product domain with end-to-end accountability for outcomes, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and adoption.
Develop multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable outcomes and clear priorities.
Lead customer discovery with enterprise security leaders and AI/ML teams to translate requirements into scalable product decisions.
Influence strategy and roadmap decisions across Engineering, Research, Design, GTM, and partners.
Identify new market opportunities and product adjacencies in AI Defense and cybersecurity.
