Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a product leadership role in its AI Defense domain, focused on end-to-end ownership from customer needs through strategy, roadmap, and adoption. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security Research, and Marketing to deliver cohesive outcomes for enterprise customers.

The role emphasizes technical depth, domain expertise, and the ability to translate market signals into scalable product capabilities, while driving alignment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Product Management experience, Master’s degree with 6 years of Product Management experience, or PhD with 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products from discovery to adoption.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, observability, or adjacent enterprise tech domains.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to deliver complex SaaS capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a product domain within Cisco AI Defense end-to-end from customer problems to adoption and iteration.
• Shape a 12–18 month domain strategy based on market dynamics and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with milestones and priorities.
• Develop deep domain expertise including customer workflows and security landscape.
• Spend time with enterprise customers and partners to identify scalable product capabilities.
• Own product discovery and requirements and work with Engineering on APIs and data models.
• Drive trade-offs across investments, customer needs, and technical debt.
• Define measurable outcomes using adoption, quality, and business signals.
