Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior AI Security product leader to own end-to-end outcomes for Cisco AI Defense, shaping a 12–18 month product strategy and a longer-term vision.

You will synthesize enterprise customer needs, competitive trends, and AI advances to influence product roadmaps and investments. Partner with Engineering, Design, Security Research and Marketing to translate strategy into tangible capabilities, roadmaps, and scalable platform solutions across Cisco's AI Security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience.
• Product management experience building and managing enterprise SaaS products with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience owning technically complex products or significant product domains with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Research teams.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand problems, set direction, validate strategy, and drive adoption.
• Experience developing multi-quarter product strategies and influencing execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Security product domain with end-to-end accountability for customer outcomes, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, adoption, and evolution.
• Shape 12-18 month product strategy and longer-term vision for AI Defense.
• Develop expertise across AI Security lifecycle to identify new adjacencies and market opportunities.
• Translate strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable outcomes and priorities.
• Lead customer discovery with enterprise security leaders and developers to translate requirements into scalable decisions.
• Understand competitive landscape and translate insights into differentiated product strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security Research to prototype and evaluate new approaches.
• Bring depth to evaluate AI architectures including foundation models and agents.
• Turn emerging AI Security problems into reusable platform capabilities and workflows.
• Drive trade-offs across security efficacy, UX, architecture, cost, and time to market.
• Define measurable product outcomes spanning value, adoption, security, quality, and operations.
