Futuri is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the AI-powered sales platform. You’ll partner with the Sales Design Lead to translate client needs into scalable product capabilities and help drive adoption across client teams.

You will lead product priorities in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer and CEO, ensuring weekly releases and measurable value for buyers and sellers. You’ll spend time with sellers and leaders to understand workflows, demo capabilities on strategy calls, and

• Five+ years in product management, preferably for B2B sales tools like CRM or prospecting data.
• Experience presenting to buyers and supporting live deals.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products with clear autonomy/division of control.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Spend time with sellers, managers, and sales leaders to understand workflows and fix gaps with technology.
• Partner with sales to help clients select right capabilities and integration.
• Join sales calls as product expert: demos, answer questions, scope deliverables.
• Stay close to clients post-sale, anticipate needs, and own roadmap decisions with leadership.
• Decide how AI platform behaves, what it can do autonomously, and where users stay in control.
• Evaluate build/buy/partner options for capabilities and packaging.
• Prototype with AI tools and ship improvements weekly with engineering.
• Write specs and release notes; measure usage, adoption, and revenue impact.
