Job summary

Futuri Media is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered sales platform initiatives for a distributed remote US team. You will partner with the Sales Design Lead and CPO to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities, demo to clients, and guide roadmap decisions.

You will work directly with engineering, research, and client-facing teams to ship improvements weekly and ensure alignment with business goals and client success.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years in product management, ideally building B2B products for sales teams: sales engagement, conversation intelligence, CRM, or prospecting data.
  • Real time spent with the people who use your product, with examples of how their feedback shaped what you built and improved adoption.
  • Experience in front of buyers, as a seller, sales engineer, or product manager supporting live deals and understanding what drives buying decisions.
  • AI-powered products you've shipped that customers actively use, with a clear understanding of where AI should act autonomously and where people should stay in control.
  • Working prototypes you've built with AI coding tools, turning ideas into testable solutions quickly.
  • Experience prioritizing competing customer needs and making decisions that balance business impact, technical feasibility, and scalability.
  • Clear, concise communication and a preference for working software over slides.
  • Building AI assistants or agents (including MCP), working with technology partners, or navigating enterprise IT reviews for email, calendar, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with sellers, managers, and sales leaders every week, on their calls and in their workflows, understanding what gets in their way and finding ways to fix it with technology.
  • Partner with our sales team to help clients select the right mix of capabilities and integrate them.
  • Join sales calls as a product expert: run demos, answer technical and security questions with the appropriate teams, and scope what we can deliver.
  • Stay close to clients after the sale, anticipate needs they haven't identified, and own product priorities and roadmap decisions in partnership with the Chief Product Officer.
  • Decide how our AI platform behaves, including what it can do autonomously, when it should recommend actions, and where sellers stay in control.
  • Help decide when to build, buy, or partner for a capability, how capabilities work together, and how they're packaged.
  • Prototype with AI coding tools, test ideas quickly with real users, and work with engineering to ship improvements every week.
  • Write short specs and release notes, and measure weekly usage, adoption, and revenue impact.

Job description

About Futuri

Futuri is the leading provider of audience engagement and sales intelligence technology used by more than 7,000 companies in 22 countries. Holding 20+ published or pending patents in AI, automation, and publishing technology, Futuri is an ROI-focused innovation partner to some of the biggest brands in the world, and has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies for eight consecutive years.

  • Location: Remote (U.S. only; California and New York excluded) with regular travel required for client and company meetings
  • Reports to: Chief Product Officer

We build AI-powered technology that helps relationship-based B2B sellers know where to focus, what opportunities to pursue, and what actions drive results. Instead of adding another system to manage, we bring intelligence and recommendations directly into the tools sellers already use, including email, CRM, and AI assistants.

Our platform combines data, account intelligence, prospecting, research, and automation into a flexible, scalable sales experience.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who understands how sellers work and can turn their challenges into solutions. You'll partner closely with our Sales Design Lead, who helps clients design how they use our platform, to translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

You'll be our product expert in prospect and client conversations, helping demonstrate what's possible and identify opportunities customers haven't considered. What you learn will shape our roadmap and what we build next, working closely with engineering, research, and client-facing teams.

What you'll do
  • Spend time with sellers, managers, and sales leaders every week, on their calls and in their workflows, understanding what gets in their way and finding ways to fix it with technology.
What you've accomplished
Why this role

You'll help shape the entire AI sales platform, not just one feature. You'll work closely with our Sales Design Lead, see sellers use your work within days, and collaborate directly with our CEO and Chief Product Officer on product direction.

What success looks like

TopLine is indispensable to account executives, significantly boosting their productivity and client success. They become passionate advocates, whose feedback and ideas directly shape the platform's ongoing evolution. You ambitiously and thoughtfully lead the evolution of the platform with proactivity - always staying a step ahead of users.

In your first 90 days, you'll work with sellers across several client teams, partner with our Sales Design Lead to improve platform adoption, lead the product side of sales calls, and identify capabilities clients didn't know they needed. You'll turn those insights into product priorities and ship at least one meaningful capability or improvement.

You'll clearly articulate how TopLine differs from Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Clay, and emerging AI sales platforms like Day.ai, highlighting advantages such as the Futuri Data Platform.

How we work

We're a fully distributed, remote team. Engineering ships updates every day, and we use AI in our products and daily work. Expect about a third of your week in conversations with prospects and clients, collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and research.
