Boulevard is seeking a Product Manager to own the AI Receptionist, a core product that enables autonomous client interactions across voice and text for self-care businesses.

You will shape when AI should resolve or hand off to humans, ensuring seamless continuity across channels and strong customer trust. You’ll drive metrics like autonomous resolution, agent productivity, and CSAT while collaborating on pricing strategy.

• 5–8 years in product management with B2B2C or both B2C and B2B environments.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products.
• LLM fluency — hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompt design.
• AI‑native in your practice — using tools like Claude daily.
• Strong voice‑of‑customer instincts.
• Data fluency — comfortable defining metrics and building a case with evidence.
• Cross‑functional leadership — influencing eng, design, and data teams.
• Clear communication — translate AI product decisions for business owners and leadership.
