- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of new product feature development from concept to launch.
- Leverage product management and technical skills to design AI-powered features with measurable business impact.
- Propose and own development of new features across our platform to scale deal execution with automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead technical development of new product features, including hands-on coding in areas involving generative AI.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define success metrics and quantify impact.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
