Job summary

Amazon NAS Ship Cost Optimization (SCO) team seeks a Sr Product Manager to own cost-reduction initiatives across outbound fulfillment. You will define metrics, partner with SCOT, Transportation, and Finance, and build AI-driven products to cut shipping costs at scale.

You will partner with ops and engineering to run experiments, track impact, and report progress to senior leadership, shaping multi-billion-dollar P&L outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Knowledge of writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment with large datasets.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product roadmap for SCO initiatives from opportunity sizing to execution.
• Develop deep knowledge of inputs driving outbound ship costs to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Build and scale AI-powered products such as CRISP for 20,000+ selling partners.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across SCOT, Transportation, Finance, and Retail Business Services.
• Design and run controlled experiments to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
• Define success metrics and tracking for initiatives targeting $200MM+ annual savings.
• Partner with Science and Engineering teams to improve targeting methodologies and automate workflows.
• Represent the team in leadership forums with data-driven narratives on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
