Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own AWS AI cost governance.

You will define strategy for tokenomics, attribution, and controls for generative AI workloads, partnering with Bedrock, AgentCore, and other teams to shape the economics of AI in production. You will hire and develop PMs, write strategy docs and leadership updates, coach teams, and make tough scope decisions, balancing invention with delivery while driving measurable

Qualifications

5+ years of people management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

Set the product vision and strategy for AI cost governance across internal and external customers.
Coach PMs to own the strategy within their scope.
Engage customers across channels and serve as the voice of the customer inside AWS.
Incorporate customer feedback into product decisions and investments.
Own the full product lifecycle from planning to execution.
Collaborate with engineering and applied science leaders to deliver against the roadmap.
Define goals and metrics to measure product success.
Own the product roadmap and defend prioritization to senior leadership.
Mentor and develop PMs to reach the next level.
