Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Middle Mile Fleet Team to own the cost strategy of the fleet. You will develop products and programs to drive cost performance, surface optimization opportunities, and improve planning accuracy across the network.

The role requires strong collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, managing multiple priorities with autonomy in a start-up like environment, and delivering results with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the cost strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile fleet management.
• Develop products and programs to drive cost performance across the network.
• Identify solutions to detect cost anomalies and surface optimization opportunities.
• Improve planning accuracy and drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
