Job summary

Nexxa builds specialized AI agents for industrial engineers and operates with a fast-paced, outcome-driven culture. We are seeking a Mid‑level Technical Project Manager to drive cross‑functional execution across Applied AI and Core Engineering teams in the SF Bay Area, onsite.

You'll own project decomposition, estimation, and timelines, coordinate across product, engineering and client delivery, surface blockers, and keep initiatives on track from development through deployment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in program/project management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; concise feedback.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can elevate appropriately.
• Data-driven mindset and strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Support: manage timelines, scope, estimation and dependencies across development initiatives.
• Coordination & Communication: align engineering, DevOps, testing and client delivery teams; surface risks.
• Program Tracking & Visibility: maintain tracking, clear sprint goals and visible progress against timelines.
• Technical Triage: understand orchestration, CI/CD, platform architecture to spot risks.
