Job summary

IDC is seeking a Product Manager for the AI Platform to shape core platform capabilities behind IDC Quanta, IDC’s technology intelligence layer. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into scalable platform requirements and own discovery, prioritization, and post-launch outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, and GTM teams to deliver reliable identity experiences, usage analytics, and extensibility, while balancing business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in platform/data/analytics/identity/infrastructure products.
• Experience translating needs into clear product requirements and backlog items.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and scalability, reliability, access, data flows, and technical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and definition for IDC Quanta platform capabilities.
• Translate needs into platform use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize platform improvements and secure access patterns.
• Define and monitor product success metrics and guide iteration.
• Align IDC Quanta backlog with quarterly priorities and business goals.
• Collaborate with design, data, research, and GTM teams to ensure usable capabilities.
• Communicate roadmap context and tradeoffs to leadership.
