Job summary

IDC seeks a Product Manager for the AI Platform to shape core IDC Quanta platform capabilities. You will translate customer and partner needs into scalable platform requirements across reliability, analytics, access experiences, and long-term extensibility.

You’ll own discovery, prioritization, and post-launch outcomes, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value for customers and IDC. This remote role offers travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally with platform, data, analytics, identity, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Data Science or related field.
• Experience translating needs into clear requirements, use cases, and backlog items.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and partnering with engineering on scalability, reliability, access, data flows, and tradeoffs.
• Experience using product usage metrics to guide product decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, data, research, and GTM teams.
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or analytics platforms preferred.
• High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity; travel up to 10%.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and definition for core IDC Quanta platform capabilities.
• Translate needs into platform use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize platform improvements with engineering for secure access and scalability.
• Define and monitor success metrics and guide iteration.
• Align IDC Quanta backlog across quarterly priorities.
• Collaborate with design, data, research, and go-to-market teams.
• Communicate roadmap context, scope tradeoffs, and delivery progress to leadership.
