Job summary

CWILL is seeking its first US-based platform product manager, reporting directly to the CEO. Your job is to turn the platform engineering team's work into a usable, paid service for US merchants by defining cross‑product journeys and AI Agent use cases.

You'll design end-to-end experiences across multiple CWILL products, own the unified platform, specify agent tasks and onboarding, and co‑own GTM with Sales and CS. This is a hands-on, customer‑driven role aimed at measurable merchant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product experience with 2+ years in AI/LLM products.
• B2B SaaS experience with multi‑product platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct real customer discovery with merchants.
• Fluent in AI application product design (agent tasks, tool calls, human flows).
• Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams and strong written comms.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery with US mid-market Shopify merchants.
• Design end-to-end cross-product platform journeys across CWILL products.
• Define AI agent tasks, tool-calling scope, and escalation flows.
• Own GTM strategy, platform packaging, and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to drive cross-product attach rates.
• Translate merchant problems into concrete platform requirements.
