You’ll join a very small, elite product team that works directly with Unify’s founders and executive team. You’ll own what we build and why.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years building product at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies.
• Shipped 0→1 products.
• Deep product sense and UX instinct.
• You move fast and make decisions with imperfect information.
• Technical enough to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Metrics-driven and data-informed Iterations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and define what we build alongside the founders — with strong opinions rooted in customer understanding and business context.
• Drive strategy and execution for your pods — owning the roadmap, priorities, and high-impact work.
• Ship end to end—from napkin sketch to launched feature, scope, ship, measure, iterate.
• Be the voice of the customer — talk to users, analyze usage data, turn insights into product decisions.
• Sweat the details on UX — focus on every click, label, and flow to reduce friction.
• Raise the bar on product quality — help set standards for how we work and ship at Unify.
