Job summary

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. You will own large engineering scope, shaping the product roadmap and engineering foundation to deliver high-value features at scale.

The role involves building with cutting-edge AI tech and mentoring multiple engineers to grow a robust, scalable team. You will collaborate across product, design and engineering to ship impactful products, integrate with external platforms, and lay the groundwork

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry.
• Independent yet highly collaborative and helpful to teammates.
• Experience mentoring multiple engineers and standing up infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap and engineering foundation with product, design and engineering teams.
• Build new products using modern tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs.
• Experiment, assess and integrate with platforms and vendors to deliver faster value.
• Lay the engineering foundation to scale the team and business.
