Job summary

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. You will own what we build and why, partnering with founders and the executive team to accelerate high-impact features.

If you’ve built a product from nothing or been an early PM at a fast-growing startup, this is your role. You’ll translate customer insights into strategy, shipping end-to-end and raising the bar on product quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years building product, ideally at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies. Bonus if you’ve founded a company or been an early employee at a startup with Growth experience.
• Shipped 0→1 products; you know what it takes to build something when there’s no playbook.
• Deep product sense and UX instinct; a track record of shipping products that users love.

Responsibilities

• Own the product. Define what we build with founders, grounded in customer understanding and business context.
• Drive strategy and execution for your pods, owning roadmap, priorities, and high-impact work.
• Ship end to end from napkin sketch to launched feature; scope, ship, measure, iterate.
