Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Decisioning (AI/ML) to lead enterprise-scale decisioning capabilities powering personalized customer experiences across digital marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager leading data-driven AI/ML or decisioning products.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology and customer data platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for decisioning and personalization platforms leveraging AI/ML models.
• Partner with Data Science teams to deploy propensity models, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Translate business objectives into scalable decisioning strategies for next-best-action marketing.
• Collaborate with CDP, activation, and engineering teams to integrate outputs into marketing channels and campaigns.
• Prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and communicate the value of decisioning capabilities.
• Monitor performance of decisioning models and identify opportunities to improve targeting and personalization.
