Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a senior product leader to shape the strategy for customer-facing ML applications. You will work with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to bring ML into the customer experience and drive growth across the Fanatics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with track record in growth, experimentation, or data-driven consumer products.
• Quantitative background in statistics or probabilistic measurement for ML.
• Ability to make ML-specific product decisions without being a data scientist.
• Experience with large user bases and mature experimentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for customer-facing ML applications aligned with growth objectives.
• Design non-deterministic ML-enabled product solutions and determine where ML adds value.
• Define how model performance is measured, including probabilistic outputs.
• Lead experimentation and testing as part of product decisioning.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and CRM teams to drive revenue targets.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and educate partners.
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs to move fast while balancing model quality and business needs.
