Job summary

Develop Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and improve product experiences across our platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will own defined workflows and work with a small pod of engineers to identify pain points, prototype solutions, and ship high-impact improvements.

This is an individual contributor role for someone on their second or third PM job, not a first-time PM and not a people manager.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in startups (HealthTech preferred).
• Second or third PM role with shipping experience and close collaboration with engineers.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with poorly documented external systems.
• Genuine interest in AI product development and evaluating model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer pain points into product opportunities by speaking with clinical teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Write clear, lightweight product requirements and partner with engineers to ship quickly.
• Prototype and ship changes using AI-native tools and push frontend changes directly to the repo.
• Improve AI workflows through evaluation, testing, and feedback loops.
