You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications and data products at the intersection of business operations, data science, ML engineering, and customers. Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with AI/ML or data products.
• Demonstrated ability to map workflows, identify AI leverage points, and ship measurable outcomes.
• Strong process-decomposition skills with detailed workflow mapping.
• Practical AI literacy: understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation design.
• Empirical mindset with experience designing evals, blind reviews, and A/B tests.
• Data literacy including SQL and analytics tools to define metrics.
• Change-management experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to recall metrics from shipped products (hallucination rate, latency, etc.).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and managing a product backlog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose existing business workflows end-to-end to identify AI opportunities.
• Reimagine processes around AI, prioritize opportunities by volume, variance, and verifiability.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for AI apps and data products.
• Size AI opportunities with ROI-based assumptions and phased delivery.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to translate models into production-grade products.
• Design evaluation criteria, establish evals, and monitor for bias, drift, and hallucination.
• Architect human-in-the-loop workflows with expert review and staged automation.
• Productize ICE’s data assets into APIs, data feeds, datasets, dashboards, and analytics.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and maintain the backlog in an Agile environment.
• Define success metrics (adoption, task success, model performance, ROI) and improve outcomes.
