Job summary

Via is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Remix platform, ensuring usability, scalability, and flexibility for transit professionals worldwide. You will champion AI‑led insights, maintain an end‑to‑end platform perspective, and drive cross‑functional alignment with engineering, design, and data science teams.

• 5+ years of product management experience in complex enterprise/workflows.
• Experience owning platform or infrastructure‑level products.
• Strong usability and product quality instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own the Remix platform roadmap: usability, scalability, and cross‑cutting capabilities.
• Define and drive the vision for AI‑led insights within Remix.
• Maintain end‑to‑end view from planning through operations and back.
• Prioritize vertical investments to make modules best in class.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to improve platform usability.
• Define how AI and analytics are surfaced in the product to drive action.
• Engage customers to validate priorities and gather real world feedback.
