Via is seeking a Director of Product for Remix, our premier transit planning and scheduling platform. You will define and drive the next era of Remix, a multimodal planning system that gives agencies a single, authoritative place to make smarter decisions across every service type.

This high-ownership role shapes the vision from strategic planning through live execution, balancing labor agreements with operational agility, and directly affecting millions of riders daily.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
• Proven track record shipping complex, workflow-heavy products.
• Ability to translate business rules into scalable product decisions.
• Empathy for transit planners, schedulers, and dispatchers.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Remix product vision and roadmaps for multimodal transit planning.
• Build data-driven scheduling framework leveraging ridership patterns and constraints.
• Incorporate labor union rules and workforce regulations into the product.
• Align planning with live operations to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship features.
• Engage transit planners and operations leaders to validate direction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to stay ahead.
