Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a strategic Sr. Product Manager to lead the Renter’s Insurance portfolio within the Resident Solutions group. You will define product strategy, shape roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, finance and sales to drive growth in proptech and insurtech.

You will leverage data and experimentation to optimize conversion, revenue, and customer experience for residents and property managers, including AI-enabled features and integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech/insurtech/SaaS/e-commerce.
• Proven track record delivering products with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Experience in experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with SAFe Agile and Scrum.
