Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Leasing execution across OneSite platforms, driving AI-native product strategy and customer outcomes.

You'll build and coach a product manager team, align with GTM, partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations, delivering multi-product roadmaps and measurable success metrics. Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading and managing product teams.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or closely adjacent proptech — you understand the customers, workflows, and data.
• A track record owning strategy and execution for complex, multi-product platforms serving a scaled customer base, including commercial ownership (GTM, pricing, packaging, launches, adoption, customer outcomes).
• Strong technical fluency across AI/ML, SQL, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap across multiple Leasing platforms including AI-driven leasing and workflow automation—managing cross-product dependencies.
• Build and coach a team of product managers to foster ownership and strong product practices.
• Deliver end-to-end outcomes from discovery to launch with clear success metrics tied to adoption, revenue growth, and retention.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities where AI and automation move the needle in leasing and drive them from idea to shipped capability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations for cohesive, scalable solutions and integrations with CRM, Screening, Insurance, Moving and other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FCRA, FHA, and HUD standards to provide fair access to housing at scale.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs to leadership and customers clearly.
