Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to drive growth for Agentic AI solutions in the Multifamily real estate space. You will partner with product, marketing, and sales to craft market-leading messaging, assets, and enablement that accelerate adoption.

The role demands a strategic marketer with a track record in B2B SaaS, AI product launches, and cross-functional influence to shape go-to-market, demand generation, and competitive strategy across national accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Mastery of value proposition development, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, product launches, content creation, sales enablement, and market research.
• Proven ability to build strong relations with product management, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills to plan and execute multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience launching AI-based products and marketing software in Multifamily property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute go-to-market for an integrated set of products in partnership with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Develop succinct, differentiated product messaging and market positioning with measurable proof points.
• Create high-impact marketing assets: presentations, case studies, battlecards, playbooks, and competitive assessments.
• Produce sales enablement training covering trends, buyer personas, pain points, solutions, plays, and differentiation.
• Engage with customers at events and touchpoints to drive awareness to adoption.
• Collaborate on Demand Gen strategies to target accounts and generate quality leads.
• Provide competitive intelligence and market trend insights to inform strategy.
• Co-create marketing websites reflecting buyer personas and content needs across buying cycles.
• Support product strategy by prioritizing capabilities to meet customer needs and market trends.
• Lead product launches with KPI measurement and optimization.
