Job summary

CentralReach Essentials is seeking a Senior Product Manager to grow an AI-powered care platform for ABA and IDD providers. You will lead strategy at the intersection of revenue cycle, practice management, and clinical capabilities, delivering end-to-end features across the CR Essentials product line.

You will work with cross-functional teams to navigate ambiguity, translate complex clinical workflows into scalable solutions, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software.
• Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management.
• Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery.
• Balance complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience.
• Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact.
• Leverage AI tools and collaborate with internal AI experts to evolve AI-based product capabilities.
