Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its CR Essentials platform, focusing on revenue cycle management and practice‑management capabilities. You will own end‑to‑end delivery for complex initiatives across the platform, balancing clinicians' needs with a lightweight, user‑friendly experience.

The role requires 5–8+ years in product management within healthcare or workflow‑intensive software, with experience in AI tools and payer workflows. This is a hybrid role with offices in Ft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in claims management, healthcare or workflow‑intensive B2B software.
• Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI‑based product capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management.
• Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery.
• Balance the needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user‑friendly experience.
• Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact.
