Centene Corporation seeks a senior product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms, including PISCES and Appeals/PI Automation. You will drive agile delivery, backlogs, and AI integration, partnering with operations, engineering, and vendors to achieve measurable value.
The role requires 4–6 years in related experience with a Bachelor's degree, and offers remote/hybrid work options with a competitive pay range.
Competenze
- 5+ years of product management, product ownership, or related tech experience in a healthcare payer or claims environment.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI tools to product work preferred.
- Payment Integrity, claims editing, appeals, or automation experience strongly preferred.
Mansioni
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms.
- Develop and publish the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for PISCES and Appeals/PI Automation.
- Lead BRDs, capability/feature hierarchy, and delivery-ready Jira backlogs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success measures.
- Drive planning, prioritization, and predictable feature delivery with risk communication.
- Apply AI tools across discovery, requirements, and analysis with human-in-the-loop controls.
