Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms including PISCES pre-pay claim editing and automation.

You will translate business priorities into executable plans, BRDs, and backlogs, drive PI Planning, and partner with operations, engineering, and vendors. You will apply AI tools responsibly to improve speed, accuracy, and ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of product management or ownership in healthcare payer environment preferred.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI tools to product work.

Mansioni

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms.
• Translate priorities into executable plans, BRDs, and backlogs.
• Lead PI planning, prioritization, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Apply AI tools across discovery, documentation, and analysis while ensuring responsible AI.
• Measure value realization, ROI, and performance.
• Arbitrate portfolio impacts and guide user stories and milestones.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, PM and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
