Centene Corporation seeks a Product Manager for Payment Integrity platforms, including PISCES pre-pay claim editing and automation. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery, working with cross-functional teams to define scope and backlogs, and apply AI tools to optimize performance.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and vendors to drive planning, dependencies, and success metrics, while ensuring value realization and ROI across initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Experience in a healthcare payer or claims environment is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI tools to product work is preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms.
• Lead strategic initiatives from intake to delivery, owning BRDs and backlogs.
• Define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success measures with cross-functional teams.
• Drive planning and delivery, communicating risks and decisions to leadership.
• Measure value realization, including savings, edit accuracy, and automation rates.
