• Define measurable outcomes and adoption metrics (alarm noise, MTTR, prediction accuracy).
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Drive discovery with network operations centers, engineering, and service owners through interviews and proofs of concept.
