Job summary

Verizon is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Product Development Manager to lead the growth of our next-generation Network Automation and AI products. You will blend technical leadership with strategic business sense to build enterprise AI services and scalable platforms.

Focus areas include AI architectures, edge computing, SD-WAN/SASE, and agentic systems within hybrid cloud environments. You will drive PoCs, establish GTM strategies, and shape roadmaps for hyperscalers and NeoClouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.
• Five or more years of technical product management/development delivering enterprise-grade networking or AI software platforms.
• Strong foundation in DIA, EVPL, MPLS, SD-WAN, SASE, zero-trust security, or high-density data center architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive convergence of enterprise WAN topologies (SD-WAN & SASE) into a unified AI Fabric for high-throughput, low-latency traffic.
• Architect and productize AI services, including Gateways, Routers, token brokering, MCPs, and caching layers.
• Apply AI technologies to automate operations and optimize service delivery toward autonomous networks.
• Design and deploy scalable AI platform infrastructure to support agentic services; manage orchestration and real-time monitoring.
• Lead PoCs in public cloud and lab environments and evaluate performance metrics under AI workloads.
• Define roadmaps and commercial models from market analysis of hyperscalers, edge nodes, on-prem data centers, and NeoClouds.
• Specify SLAs, security frameworks, and API/MCP integrations for autonomous agent workflows.
