Job summary
Atria Health is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to shape the future of our member experience. You will lead initiatives across digital and operational touchpoints that define how members engage with Atria—from onboarding and care navigation to ongoing engagement through our mobile app and member portal.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product management experience building consumer-facing or healthcare digital products.
- Proven track record shipping consumer-grade digital experiences with strong judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled features while ensuring privacy, compliance, and data security.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-quarter product strategy for the member-facing experience in collaboration with the Member Experience Group PM and Technology teams.
- Lead development across mobile, web, onboarding, renewals, and cross-functional touchpoints.
- Write detailed product requirements and prototype AI features, defining success metrics and driving high-quality delivery.
- Continuously optimize post-launch to improve engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes.
