Job summary

Avail, Realtor.com’s landlord platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next evolution. You’ll partner with design, engineering, data science, marketing, and cross-functional Realtor.com teams to build landlord experiences that are trustworthy, intelligent, and indispensable.

Responsibilities include defining product strategy for Avail, driving consumer initiatives, leading feature development, collaborating across functions, and using data to guide decisions while tracking KPIs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in the B2C space.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency with LLMs, chat agents, and MCPs to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience running experiments.
• Experience embedding AI capabilities inside a product.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive consumer product initiatives for Avail, aligned with company goals and revenue objectives.
• Lead development of new features to help landlords manage properties and grow portfolios.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, finance and marketing to align roadmaps.
• Use landlord feedback, data and marketplace signals to shape priorities.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to guide improvement.
• Communicate projects and outcomes to Avail leadership.
