Atmosphere TV is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive high-leverage initiatives across in-venue experience, advertising, and internal AI enablement. You will own initiatives end-to-end, engage closely with venues, advertisers, and internal teams, and ship with a lean product pod of designers and engineers.

You will understand user needs, set priorities, and elevate AI-driven productivity across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on software products.
• Strong customer instincts and ability to translate needs into priorities.
• Entrepreneurial ownership with cross-department collaboration.
• Extremely progressive daily AI usage: Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar, with ability to teach others.
• Strong data instrumentation and ability to derive answers from the data.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear product writing.
• Bias towards simplicity.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end initiatives across in-venue experience, advertising, and AI enablement.
• Develop deep understanding of users and customers (venues, advertisers, internal teams).
• Communicate the why and align departments on the roadmap and vision.
• Use AI for research, analysis, and prototyping, making ideas concrete for stakeholders.
• Teach the org: evangelize AI productivity patterns and build playbooks.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to align priorities.
• Define success metrics and ensure instrumentation to measure them.
• Work in a small product pod alongside design and engineering, staying focused on key priorities.
