Job summary

Atmosphere is seeking a Sr. Product Manager in Austin, TX to lead product roadmaps, coordinate with design and engineering, and drive features from concept to launch.

You will gather customer feedback, analyze data, run experiments, and work across Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Monetization to deliver delightful digital experiences at scale. The role demands passion for user-centered design, strong communication, and the ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-growing streaming

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a product manager working directly with engineering teams
• Demonstrated history making data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail in every step of the product process from gathering requirements, to writing documentation, to approving development work
• Keen understanding for what makes great digital experiences
• Experience working with both in-house and remote teams
• Experience working in an agile environment

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and oversee launch of new features
• Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure timely delivery to match business goals
• Work with Design to evolve product and optimize retention and engagement
• Manage metrics, data analysis, and reporting
• Work with customers to gather feedback and incorporate feature requests
• A/B test new features
• Communicate with various groups across the organization including Editorial, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Monetization
• Work in a fast paced and constantly evolving marketplace
