Job summary

AmeriPharma in Laguna Hills, CA, is seeking a detail‑oriented Product Manager I to support development and enhancement of digital health solutions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to understand needs, document requirements, manage backlog, and help deliver product features in an Agile environment.

The role is onsite with standard business hours. Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–2 years of product management experience.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital health.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and business requirements to support product improvements.
• Gather, clarify, and document product requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog items and ensure clear documentation.
• Support feature prioritization with information on impact and urgency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Operations throughout development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Provide requirements clarification to Engineering and QA during development.
• Review completed features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT and release coordination.
