Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to translate product direction into shipped features across mobile, desktop, and cloud. The role emphasizes spec-driven development, PRD creation, and AI integration throughout research and delivery.

You will collaborate with platform, mobile, security engineering, Customer Success and Design to ensure new features integrate with existing products. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will drive clarity and risk management across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience turning ideas into working prototypes.
• Strong UX design understanding and experience collaborating with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn product direction into shipped features across mobile, desktop, and cloud platforms.
• Write PRDs with precise requirements so downstream design and Jira stories are correct the first time.
• Build working prototypes to test ideas before committing to full development.
• Apply AI across research, delivery, and day-to-day management.
• Collaborate with platform, mobile, and security engineering, plus Customer Success and Design to ensure features fit existing products.
• Flag progress, roadblocks, and risks early to stakeholders.
