Formación

• 12+ years of professional technical leadership experience in DataOps, DevOps, cloud automation, program management, or platform engineering tracks within enterprise data and analytics.
• 12+ years of experience in managing and scaling a suite of interrelated data platform products, cluster configurations, and CI/CD networks at an enterprise level.
• 12+ years of experience performing within leadership presence with a history of influencing VP and SVP-level stakeholders to drive technical consensus.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Delivery: define long-term vision, execution standards, and multi-quarter architecture blueprints for mission-critical enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge Management: govern documentation and knowledge synchronization across DevOps and Analytics Engineering.
• Incident Response & Operational Resilience: design high-scale zero-trust data reliability and telemetry layers.
• Agile Operational Facilitation: chair cross-functional review boards and manage platform migrations and resource planning.
• ED&A Methodologies: embed DataOps and Active Data Governance into master CD pipelines.
• AI Productivity: build division-level agent networks and automated scripts to automate code refactoring and portfolio tracking.
