Qualifications

• Practitioner-level ML; design, build, and evaluate models in production environments.
• Rigorous experimentation framework with A/B design and lift measurement.
• Depth in analytics to support product, operations, and commercial decisions.
• Proven leadership ability to develop junior talent and build a cross-functional team.
• Experience integrating ML outputs with business workflows and products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize ML models driving operational outcomes.
• Own experimentation framework across teams with rigorous tests and measurements.
• Lead analytics and segmentation to support decisions (customer/brand, cohorts).
• Drive ML adoption by translating outputs into actionable workflows.
• Build and lead a high-performing Decision Science team and partner with Head of AI.
